Site Inspection Visits
Are you planning a seminar, convention or event and hesitate between several destinations OR are you simply hesitating between service providers?
The Lille Convention Bureau would be happy to organize a site inspection for you. According to your specifications, we will select suitable sites (hotels, restaurants, meeting venues, etc.) and validate the selections with you before making appointments with the service providers.
From the moment you arrive in Lille, we take care of everything. We accompany you on the site visits and at the end of the day, sit down with you for a feedback session to get your initial impressions and to better know your needs.
